Service Description

Welcome! Rowing is a low impact workout that works approximately 86% of your muscles and will actually help to strengthen muscles responsible for good posture! This is a 30 minute session where I will introduce you to the rower and walk you through the proper setup procedure and then provide instruction on proper form. This is a class ideal for the athlete that has never been on a rowing machine before or has been on one at maybe a Crossfit class but doesn't quite feel comfortable with their form. There are 3 rowing machines available so bring some friends! For this session please bring a water bottle, form fitting clothing and gym shoes. This is a complimentary service. In the Notes box when booking please make a note if you're bringing a friend or 2 so that I know how many rowing machines to prepare.
